604 -8H with helper woofer

Now that the party monsters are out of the way I think my next project will be the 604's. I have a powered woofer I can build so I think I really only need down to about 100Hz. I will make the back "holey" to reduce the boxy sound and I'm just wondering how small can I go?

Any help is appreciated.

Jensen's James Novak (of Ultra-flex fame) concluded after extensive research that the optimum critically damped vented alignment Vb is one where the driver's Fs is raised 1.56x in a sealed alignment (once any series resistance has been accounted for) with a Fs tuning, so not having found a better solution, it's what I use for any ~aperiodically damped alignment.

I see about 60L (2ft^2) for a leaky box. Should give you an F3 of ~95Hz. The leaker it is, the higher the F3 ( I think). As for damped aperiodic, I don't know.
